Winning the General Champion, Bandung City Government Gives Kadeudeuh to the 18th STQH Caravan

Previously, the city of Bandung won the overall champion title at the 18th STQH event at the West Java level. This event was held on May 7-13.

The symbolic giving of kadeudeuh was handed over by the Daily Mayor of Bandung, Ema Sumarna. He said the achievements of the caravans were something extraordinary and should be appreciated.

"Alhamdulillah, this is very proud because in the previous year we won the overall champion of MTQ. So now we are adding the STQH overall champion," said Ema.

He also said that the Bandung City Government is committed to providing appreciation and coaching so that this positive achievement can be maintained.

"That here the government, not only the Bandung City Government, but also the Bandung City DPRD and various other stakeholders are always committed to giving appreciation to anyone who has excelled in bringing the name of the City of Bandung to life," he explained.

Ema hopes that this achievement can also be a reflection of the people of Bandung City who are represented by caravans.

In line with Ema, General Chairperson of Bandung City LPTQ Asep Saeful Gufron said this achievement was something to be grateful for and proud of.

He hopes that the caravans can continue to hone their skills and maintain this achievement.

"In essence, the end of this glorious achievement is that we can practice the values of the Koran in everyday life to make Bandung the Champion," he said.

For information, at the 18th STQH event in West Java, the city of Bandung won the title of overall champion with 4 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze and a score of 33.
