Firm! Satpol PP Orders Illegal Advertisements

For two consecutive days from 30-31 May 2023, the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has issued illegal billboards on a number of roads. This was conveyed by the Head of the Tibum Satpol PP Section, R. Satriadi Buana.

"Based on the Regional Regulation of the City of Bandung Number 09 of 2019 concerning Public Order, Peace and Protection of the Community, the Regional Regulation of the City of Bandung Number 002 of 2017 concerning Implementation of Billboards, and the Regulation of the Mayor of the City of Bandung Number 005 of 2019, we will carry out the control for these two days," explained Satriadi.

The target location for controlling billboards includes a billboard billboard on Jalan Cihampelas No. 27, and two billboards on Jalan Terusan Buahbatu.

"The implementation time starts at 21.00 WIB until it's finished. The total number of personnel down is 73 people," he explained.

A total of 8 fleet units were deployed, namely 2 box cars for the Bandung City Advertising Control Team, 1 truck from the Satpol PP, 3 Satpol PP transport trucks, 1 KR Patrol Satpol PP car, and 1 crane heavy equipment car.

"The control at the first point will start at 23.20 WIB, namely a horizontal billboard measuring 5x10 meters on Jalan Cihampelas No. 27 using heavy equipment cranes," he explained.

Then, the second operating point was to control a 2x4 meter billboard on Jalan Terusan Buahbatu.

"This is a follow-up on the alcohol drink script," he said.

Then, at 02.20 WIT, we continued to control the 3x5 meter billboard on Jalan Terusan Buahbatu using heavy cranes.

"At 04.00 WIB, barbucks were transported as a result of controlling billboards to the first, second and third to the evidence storage warehouse on Jalan Pasirluyu, Bandung City," he said.
