After receiving the award, Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono expressed his appreciation for the hard work of the Bandung City Government in improving public services.

"This is the result of the hard work of the Bandung City Government in order to improve public services. This is a form of appreciation from the central government. Of course, it is our motivation to further improve public services for all people in Bandung City," said Bambang.

For him, the important essence of optimizing public services is not receiving awards, but using them as motivation to continue to maximize and update services to make things easier for the public. Because the main objective of administering government is the welfare of the community.

"Especially in the implementation of licensing services. Although we continue to optimize public services in all sectors. The important essence is not getting awards, but how we try as much as possible so that we can improve our public services," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of the Bandung City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP), Ronny Ahmad Nurudin, explained that Bandung City already has a public service mall (MPP) and public service outlets to improve services to the community.

"The construction process requires quite maximum effort because it is not easy for us to build collaboration with several external and internal agencies," said Ronny.

He said, there are 26 tenants and 2 service corners at MPP and public service outlets that will be built in 2022.

He hopes that the appreciation given by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform to the Bandung City Government can be a motivation for the government to further improve public services, especially in the Bandung City MPP.

"Hopefully the presence of this MPP can be useful for the people of Bandung City," he hoped.

He added that previously the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform had evaluated and reviewed directly the Bandung City MPP. There are several indicators that are of concern to the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. This includes continuity of service from trials, inauguration, to today's service.

"Thank God, more than 85,000 MPPs have visited. Meanwhile, there have been 38,000 visitors to public service outlets," he said.

With such a large number, Ronny hopes that in the future, through outreach and awards given to the Bandung City Government, he can further increase the number of people who take advantage of MPP. Especially for all existing tenants who can provide better service to the community.

"Hopefully more and more tenants will also join MPP. We will adapt to the existing conditions of existing buildings to add space for new tenants," he admitted.

"We will continue to increase innovation, one of which is digital MPP. There are also two corners, namely Dekranasda and invest Bandung to attract as many investors as possible to the city of Bandung," continued Ronny. (din)**
