ASN Achievement Award Night, Acting Mayor of Bandung: Let's Provide Positive Benefits to the Community

A total of 23 award recipients were divided into 3 categories (inspirational, innovative and future leader). Then there are the Best PKA and Best PKP Participants and also the Best Village Heads at the Provincial and National levels.

This ASN achievement was welcomed positively by the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono. According to him, regular performance evaluation is very important.

"This ASN Achievement Award is a motivation for the Bandung City Government to provide maximum service to the community," said Bambang.

According to him, ASN's performance orientation is not looking at output, but rather outcomes or benefits for society. Apart from that, Bambang reminded that there are 4 ASN values: loyalty, professionalism, integrity, neutrality.

"We must understand these values. Let's work to be more responsive, accountable and transparent," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of the Bandung City Personnel and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM), Adi Junjunan Mustafa, said that the award winners were selected through a selection and education process.

He hopes that ASN achievers will be able to create innovations, and that the benefits of these innovations can be felt by the community.

"The achievements achieved must be an inspiration for ASN in the Bandung City Government and inspire towards ASN with better performance," he said.

On the same occasion, the Chairman of the Bandung City DPRD, Tedy Rusmawan, appreciated this event. According to him, the ASN Achievement Award Night is a positive tradition that needs to be maintained.

"This activity must be a motivation for all of us to provide maximum service to the people of Bandung City," he said.
