Through the Sila Sitting program, officers will come to worship events to provide population administration services.

The Head of the Bandung City Dukcapil Disdukcapil, Tatang Muhtar, explained that this activity was to evaluate the achievements of the Adminduk as well as to sign a collaboration with the Social Service, as well as in order to make the 2024 elections a success.

"This is already underway, only a few religions are not yet. This is part of our efforts after accelerating services which continue to be mobilized through regional officials, because potential voters come from regional areas and schools," explained Tatang.

The types of services provided include Birth Certificate Registration, Death Certificate Registration, E-KTP Recording, Digital Population Identity (IKD) Activation, and Data Repair (KK).

"For your information, the current population of Bandung City is 2,555,187 people with the percentage of men being 50.15% and women being 49.88%. We also report that the permanent election list in June 2023 is 1.8 million people. With "The highest number of voters was in Ciparay District and the lowest was in Cicendo District," he added.

Meanwhile, the Regional Secretary for the City of Bandung, Ema Sumarna, appreciated this because the 28 innovations presented by Disdukcapil made population administration services easier.

"Of course, hopefully this can be a reference for other regional apparatus organizations (OPD) to continue working to provide convenience and speed of service. But the best service must be created that does not come into direct contact with the community," said Ema.

He emphasized that in principle public services must be easy, fast and open. If it is like that, he is optimistic that the community satisfaction index (IKM) in Bandung City will be high.

"Everything that has been done is for good. We just have to fix it if there are deficiencies. With the big goal of all services being zero visits, meaning that no residents come to the office, but the services will continue," he said.

Previously, in 2023 there were three innovations launched by the Bandung City Dukcapil Disdukcapil, namely Layad Hati (Dukcapil Service Present in Panti), Pelaminan Jempol (Pick Up Marriage Registration Service), and Kadoku Jempol (Pick Up Population Document Recording). (din)**
