MarCom Manager PT. Yuditama Mandiri (Justus Steak House), Muhammad Fikri, revealed that the name crock was chosen because it was inspired by a crock.

"It's a container for water and a container for food too, so the hope is that this jar will become a forum for innovation in serving Indonesian dishes which might be useful for many people," he said to the Bandung City public relations team, Tuesday, March 19 2024.

Fikri explained that Tempayan Indonesian Bistro serves Indonesian cuisine from Sabang to Merauke as a differentiator from other restaurants.

"Tempayan Indonesia Bistro's mainstay menus include the grilled nasi ayam balado, the typical tempayan rames rice and the typical tempayan nasi Padang," explained Fikri.

The best-selling menu during Ramadan is grilled bancakan which can be enjoyed by 5-6 people.

"There are grilled shrimp, gurami and grilled chicken," he added.

Apart from serving delicious mainstay menus, Tempayan Indonesian Bistro also offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, suitable for family events, business meetings, or relaxing with friends.

Visitors will feel Indonesian hospitality at this restaurant, from the interior decoration that depicts Indonesia's natural beauty to the friendly and professional service.

Tempayan Indonesian Bistro is open from 10.00 - 22.00 WIB. Meanwhile, during Ramadan it is open from 16.00-22.00 WIB.
