Ahead of Idul Fitri 1445 H, Bandung City's Stock of Basic Necessities is Quite Safe and Surplus
The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) ensures that supplies of basic necessities in Bandung City ahead of Eid al-Fitr are safe. One of them, the availability of rice in Bandung City reached 23,549.92 tons.
"Based on monitoring results, we can conclude that the stock of basic necessities or food in Bandung City during Ramadan and Eid is sufficient," said Plt. Head of the Bandung City Industry and Trade Service (Disdagin), Ronny Ahmad Nurudin at Bandung City Hall, Wednesday, March 27 2024.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Bandung City Food and Agriculture Security Service (DKPP), Yudi Haryadi, said that his party had checked stock supplies and food prices through 8 markets with strategic locations and a high number of consumers.
"Markets include Kosambi, Simple, Kiaracondong, Gedebage, Moh Toha, Astanaanyar, Cicadas and Andir markets," he said.
Based on monitoring results, it can generally be informed that food availability in Bandung City during the month of Ramadan and ahead of Idul Fitri 2024 is sufficient.
