Bandung City Government Urges Residents to Celebrate Takbir Night at Mosques Without Convoys and Mercons

To maintain order and safety during the Takbiran Night celebration ahead of Idul Fitri 1445H, the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has appealed to journalists not to convoy and light fireworks and fireworks.

Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono, emphasized the importance of security and order on the eve of takbir before Eid al-Fitr 1445H.

"We urge residents to maintain calm and safety by attending takbiran at nearby mosques. Avoid convoys or activities that could disturb public order," he said.

This appeal is also part of the Bandung City Government's efforts to ensure the smooth running of worship and security during Eid al-Fitr celebrations.

Apart from that, this appeal is based on a joint commitment to implementing public peace and order regulations as well as new waste management habits for the City of Bandung.

"Let's work together to create a safe, comfortable and clean environment for all citizens of Bandung City," added Bambang.

In this context, local security forces will carry out strict supervision to ensure the implementation of this appeal.

The Bandung City Government hopes that all components of society will work together to create a conducive and harmonious atmosphere ahead of the Idul Fitri 1445H celebration.
