Welcoming Eid Al-Fitr 1445H, Katsuba Flowers Decorate Bandung City Streets and Parks

A number of streets and parks in the city of Bandung are becoming more beautiful and beautiful with the presence of red poinsettia flowers. The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) deliberately placed poinsettias to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijriah.

Please note, the poinsettia flower, known as poinsettia, is a subtropical plant originating from southern Mexico and Central America. The name 'poinsettia' is taken from the name of the United States' first ambassador to Mexico, Joel Roberts Poinsett, who introduced this ornamental plant to the US in 1825.

With its attractive colors and unique flower beauty, the presence of the katsuba flower is expected to bring happiness and peace to city residents.

Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono, said that this step was an effort by the Bandung City Government to beautify the city and provide a memorable experience for residents during the Idul Fitri 1445H celebration.

"We hope that the presence of Katsuba flowers in parks and city streets will be a pleasant sight and beautify the atmosphere of the city during the Idul Fitri celebrations," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Housing and Settlement Areas Service (DPKP), Rizki Kusrulyadi, said that the Bandung City Government is trying to organize a number of areas which are the showcases for the city of Bandung so that they remain well maintained and beautiful.

"One way is to install poinsettias which grow periodically," explained Rizki.

Apart from placing Katsuba flowers, Rizki ensured that he would assign a number of officers to guard and maintain a number of parks during this Eid holiday season.

"DPKP during the Eid holiday places officers in active parks that are usually visited by the public. "They still maintain the park and clean up the rubbish there," he said.

Rizki ensured that this effort was a form of the Bandung City Government's commitment to providing the best service to residents and creating a comfortable and beautiful city to enjoy together during the Idul Fitri 1445H celebration. (ziz)**
