However, if consumed excessively, foods rich in calories, fat, sugar and salt can cause various diseases.

Quoted from the Ministry of Health's website, several diseases need to be watched out for after Eid, such as flu and coughs, increased cholesterol and blood sugar levels, increased uric acid, sore throat, diarrhea and ulcers.

For this reason, it is important to consume food in balanced portions and still pay attention to the quality of the food consumed, especially after the fasting period.

Apart from that, implement a healthy balanced nutritional diet, namely by limiting consumption of foods that contain cholesterol and eating more vegetables and fruit.

Then, exercise regularly by doing physical activity for at least 30-60 minutes in the middle of your routine during the holidays and prevent weight gain by eating moderate portions.

Happiness in celebrating Idul Fitri is not a reason for us to abandon Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS).

Implementing good PHBS is one step so that we can avoid various kinds of non-communicable diseases that are dangerous to the body.

Immediately carry out an examination at the nearest health facility if your health experiences a decline after celebrating Eid al-Fitr.
