During the Idul Fitri 1445 H Holiday, Waste Management in Bandung City is Under Control
Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono, said that waste handling during the Idul Fitri 1445 H holiday was under control. According to him, this was thanks to the support of all elements of society in the city of Bandung.
"I really appreciate the active role of Bandung City residents in maintaining cleanliness and waste management. The controlled conditions at Surapati, Tamansari and Baksil (Babakan Siliwangi) TPS show that waste management in Bandung City is running well," said Bambang.
Previously, Bambang had visited three waste disposal sites (TPS), namely TPS Surapati, Tamansari, and Babakan Siliwangi (Baksil), Saturday 13 April 2023.
Bambang hopes that waste management in Bandung City will remain sustainable and will not experience a decline in quality.
"I hope that waste management in Bandung City remains sustainable and does not slacken. This requires cooperation from all elements of society to continue to pay attention and care for the surrounding environment," he said.
These steps confirm the Bandung City Government's commitment to maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability.
