He also emphasized that services must continue to run on the first day of work after Eid al-Fitr.

"There is no tolerance. Service is absolute, and it is our duty," said Bambang at City Hall, Tuesday 16 April 2024.

On the other hand, Bambang said that the Bandung City Government has also implemented the Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) schemes, in line with the Circular Letter of the Minister of PANRB Number 1 of 2024.

The regulations for implementing WFH-WFO are contained in the Circular Letter of the Mayor of Bandung Number 022-Setda/2024 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of ASN Employees Post Leave and Holidays with Eid Al-Fitr 1445 H within the Bandung City Government.

There are 9 points contained in the circular. Among others:

1. Implement adjustments to the work system by combining official duties from the office (work from office/WFO) and official duties from home (work from home/WFH) for state civil servants (ASN) within the Bandung City Government on Tuesday-Wednesday, April 16 and 17, 2024;

2. Heads of regional apparatus ensure that adjustments to work systems carried out within their agency's work units do not disrupt the smooth administration of government and services to the community;

3. For regional apparatus/work units directly related to public services, such as health, security and order, disaster management, energy, logistics, postal, transportation and distribution, national vital objects, national strategic projects, construction and basic utilities , then a work from office (WFO) work system is implemented at 100% (one hundred percent);

4. For regional apparatus/work units related to government administration and leadership support services, such as secretariat, protocol, policy formulation, research, analysis, monitoring, evaluation, public relations and so on, work from home (WFH) is implemented. a maximum of 50 percent of the number of employees, which is technically regulated by the Head of Regional Apparatus/Work Unit;

5. Implementation of official duties from home (work from home/WFH) is only given to ASN employees who have problems with transportation home on time considering that their travel conditions are technically far from West Java Province and preferably from outside Java Island;

6. For ASN within the Bandung City Government who have arrived in Bandung City before Tuesday, Wednesday, April 16-17 2024, they will continue to carry out their official duties from the office (work from office/WFO);

7. While carrying out official duties from home (work from home/WFH), Bandung City Government ASN employees are required to report performance activities and attendance via the Mang Bagja application;

8. Open media for consultations and complaints through the SP4N Lapor portal or People's Online Aspiration and Complaints Service, including during National Holidays and Public Holidays for Idul Fitri 1445 H, this is a form of good supervision from the public regarding the services provided by the Bandung City Government ;

9. In order not to disrupt the smooth administration of government and public services, it is necessary to supervise and monitor directly by regional officials and report to the Mayor of Bandung as the civil service development officer c.q. Head of BKPSDM to be included in the personnel information system.

Even so, Bambang said, on the first day of work, no more than 15 percent of Bandung City ASN implemented WFH.

"The data we received today is no more than 15 percent (of Bandung City Government ASN implementing WFH)," said Bambang. (ray)**
