Note! These are two DP3A Bandung City online services to make it easier to access complaints
The Bandung City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP3A) Service ensures that during the Eid holiday and after Eid 2024, the Bandung City DP3A UPTD PPA service will continue to run to serve victims of violence.
The services during the Eid holiday have been carried out on H+2 of Eid via online services (via Whatsapp) and after the Eid holiday via online services (via Whatsappp & the Senandung Perdana application) and offline at the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) in Bandung City.
Head of DP3A, Uum Sumiati, ensured that Bandung City DP3A services are very easy for the public to access, because the services are now at their fingertips.
"The Eid holiday period does not preclude the possibility of violence against women and children. Therefore, the Bandung City PPA UPTD continues to provide early services to the community via online during the Eid holiday to provide counseling and assistance for women and children victims of violence," he said in the official statement from DP3A Bandung City.
This service refers to PPPA Ministerial Regulation No. 2 of 2022 concerning Women and Child Protection Service Standards.
The UPTD PPA DP3A Bandung City services include: complaint services, victim outreach services, case management services, temporary victim shelter services, mediation services, assistance services for victims of violence.
Uum emphasized that DP3A Bandung City is always committed to continuing to optimize services to the community, especially in efforts to prevent and handle cases of violence against women and children.
