Ahead of the Persib vs Bali United match, the Transportation Department urges Bobotoh to maintain order
Ahead of the League 1 Championship Series match between Persib Bandung and Bali United, Saturday 18 May 2024, the Bandung City Transportation Service appealed to all Persib supporters or known as bosoh to maintain order and not indulge in excessive euphoria.
Acting Head of the Bandung City Transportation Service, Asep Kuswara, appealed to Bobotoh not to overdo euphoria, especially in the Prof. Mochtar Kusumaatmadja (Pasupati) flyover area.
He said that usually after and during a Persib match the supporters convoy to the fly over area.
This, he continued, could harm yourself or others and disrupt traffic flow.
"At the flyover, we will coordinate with the police. The flyover is not for euphoria there. It is for traffic. Don't let our intentions be good, the results will not be good. Euphoria is fine, but don't let it hinder other people's rights," said Asep at Bandung City Hall, Wednesday 14 May 2024.
He appealed to Persib supporters not to carry out convoys that could disturb other road users. If you want to carry out a convoy, you still have to be orderly.
"For example, if you are euphoric, don't go on the flyover. Let alone people on the flyover, you can't enter bicycles, let alone people or walk," he said.
