Absorbed! Bandung City Government Gives PBB Incentive Again

The PBB incentive and the ease of paying taxes are regulated through the Mayor of Bandung Regulation Number 9 of 2023 concerning the third amendment to the Bandung Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2021 concerning the provision of regional tax incentives for land and building taxes in the context of recovering the economic impact of Covid-19.

Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana said this incentive was an effort to accelerate economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition, it is also an effort to control inflation in the city of Bandung.

As is known, regional taxes are one source of revenue for financing various regional expenditures. But on the other hand it is the responsibility of society.

"Hopefully with these various incentives, we will continue to provide the best to the community so that the impact was of course very significant on the acquisition of PAD for the City of Bandung from the PBB sector," he said at the 2023 Bandung City PBB Service Transformation event at the Bandung City Hall Plaza, Friday 17 March 2023 evening

The following details the PBB incentive program in the context of restoring the economic impact of the City of Bandung:

1. Provision of PPB stimulus of 100 percent so that there is no increase in PBB in 2023.
2. For people who make payments on their PBB receivables before December 31, 2023, administrative fines will be waived.
3. PBB exemption for residential houses with provisions of up to IDR 100,000.
4. 100 percent reduction for veterans, freedom fighters, defenders of independence and peace.

Yana thanked the people who had been obedient in paying taxes on time and with the correct value.
