Bandung City Government Wins 63 Awards Throughout 2023
The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) received 63 awards throughout 2023. These awards consist of 37 national level awards and 26 provincial level awards.
This was stated by the Acting Mayor of Bandung, Bambang Tirtoyuliono when delivering the 2023 Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) at the Plenary Session at the Bandung City DPRD Building, Thursday 28 March 2024.
"This award reflects the success of the City of Bandung in various aspects of development and services to the community," said Bambang.
Apart from these achievements, Bambang also revealed the significant achievements of the Bandung City Government in managing the 2023 APBD budget.
Budget worth Rp. 7,813,746,736,717 was successfully realized amounting to Rp. 6,746,043,396,778, or around 86.34 percent.
"This indicates effective managerial skills," he explained.
Bambang also highlighted the achievement of regional development mission performance as well as the realization of regional heads' promises through the implementation of various programs and activities.
In addition, success in formulating strategic policies for the 2023 fiscal year is reflected in the preparation of 13 Regional Regulations (Perda), 44 Mayor Regulations (Perwal), and 268 Bandung Mayor Decrees (Kepwal).
"During the 2023 fiscal year we have drafted 13 regional regulations, 44 Perwal and 268 Kepwal," said Bambang.
Apart from submitting the LKPJ for the 2023 fiscal year, at the Plenary Meeting of the Bandung City DPRD, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed on the Preliminary Draft of the Bandung City RPJPD for 2025-2045 and the formation of the LKPJ Special Committee. (ziz)**
