The Bandung City Government keeps trying to make investors choose Bandung City as their destination. Therefore, Bandung City must be extensive to investments.

Thus, the Head of the Investment and One-Door Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Bandung City, held an integrated training in Grandia Hotel from 12-14 April 2022.

“Investments become the key in the economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. They are to increase continuous economic growth and create employment,” he said when he was opening the training.

Therefore, Yana hoped the training could increase capacity and capability of the integrated-service officials.

So that they could serve the public more efficiently in investment sectors.

He said that the Bandung City Government kept trying to create a good investment environment by creating one-door integrated service system in investments.

Within this system, human resources need to be improved periodically in terms of their knowledge and skills in serving the public.

“This aims at making Bandung City as a city extensive to investments and attract investors,” Yana said.

Yana sated that investment value in 2021, Bandung City reached Rp11,4 trillion from the target of Rp6,1 trillion.

The result that was beyond the target, he believed, was evidence of adaptive regulations. Bandung City is still an investment pillar for West Java and the country.

“That is, regulations are dynamic, so our efforts must be updated as well to attract as many (investors) as possible. The economic recovery in Bandung City is also improving. Especially, on PPKM level 2, it (the economy) starts growing,” he said.

The Pusdiklat Representative of Investment Coordination Division of the Republic of Indonesia (BKPMRI), Anindita Dinar Susanti, explained the Entrepreneurship Permissions issued by the Onlien Single Submission Agency (OSS) through integrated electronic system.

Based on the Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 and No. 6 of 2021, it is stated that NPSK (Standard Norms of Procedures and Criteria) of risk-based entrepreneurship permission in OSS is the single reference for the central and regional governments and entrepreneurs.

“Regional governments are required to use OSS system in entrepreneurship permissions. OSS system is divided in subsystems, they are: information, entrepreneurship permission, and supervision,” she said during a zoom meeting.

Anindita added that regional government could develop internal system as a support in verifying entrepreneurship permissions (OSS).

“As to entrepreneurship permission based on the Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021, it covers risk-based entrepreneurship, that is Entrepreneurship Registration Number (NIB), standard certificate, and permission. They are to support entrepreneurship (UMKU). (yan)**
