Official! The City of Bandung Revokes the Perwal Concerning PPKM
In accordance with central government regulations regarding the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has also officially revoked a similar regulation.
This was stated in the Bandung Mayor's Regulation Number 1 of 2023 concerning the revocation of Level 1 Covid-19 PPKM in the City of Bandung.
"According to the Ministry of Home Affairs (Ministry of Home Affairs) PPKM was indeed revoked but during the transition period, the Task Force is still there," said the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana at Lapang Lodaya, Monday, January 2, 2023.
Nevertheless, Yana said, with the repeal of the regulation there would still be supervision carried out by the Bandung City Covid-19 Task Force.
"Supervision and permits are still being carried out by the task force. So we are looking at each activity location, the number of visitors and the evacuation method. This will be evaluated, it will not be free immediately," said Yana.
Yana advised that with the revocation of the regulation, it will still apply the health protocol.
"I entrusted please keep the prokes (Health Protocol). Don't be overly euphoric," he said.
Yana also said that the acceleration of vaccination acceleration was still ongoing in the city of Bandung.
