Feel the Sensation of Entering the Webtoon World at the Tahilalats Store

Tahilalats has a special character from his character, a tall, thin man who is very expressive. There is also an orange cat with a bitchy face.

The characters now appear in the real world and are present in the middle of the city of Bandung. They can be found at the Tahilalats Shop, Jalan Braga No.35.

This is not the first time Tahilalats has made a breakthrough collaboration. Previously, Tahilalats had collaborated with Coldplay, BTS, Rich Brian, Film Censorship Institute, and Netflix.

General Manager of Tahilalats Store Operations, Andhika Lauren, said that in 2022 Tahilalats will expand its wings by collaborating in the food and beverage (F&B) sector. So that on December 11, 2022, the Tahilalats Shop is also present in the city of Bandung.

"We have F&B partners who actually have been discussing each other for a long time and want to work together with Tahilalats. And finally we come up with a concept, design, and so on. Until finally we can make a Tahilalats shop in Bandung," said Andhika.

According to him, the city of Bandung was chosen as the first location for the Tahilalats Shop because this city is a culinary center in Indonesia. Moreover, the location is in Braga, one of the iconic places. The tourists often visit here.

"So, we want to introduce Tahilalats not only to Bandung people, but also tourists from outside the city who come. We want to be a part of the iconic city of Bandung," he said.

The concept carried by Tahilalats Store is the experience of entering the webtoon world. Many photo points are very Instagramable. Besides F&B, there are also Tahilalats merchandise.

"If you see, the design has lots of photo spots which can ultimately provide an experience for consumers. So that visitors can be happy, and of course it was built for Tahilalats followers themselves," he explained.

Visitors can come from 12.00 to 21.00 WIB on weekdays. Meanwhile, on weekends, it can be visited from 11.00 to 22.00 WIB.

There are three mainstay menus at the Tahilalats Shop that you can sample, namely otodog, mini otodog bun, and ice cream.

"Otodog is a hotdog with beef sausage. Then, we also have a mini otodog bun. For dessert, the best sellers are beanie buns and ice cream," he explained.

Even though it's only a soft opening, Tahilalats Shop has become a favorite culinary location for tourists in Braga. Andhika said, at the grand opening there will be many various events which are sure to be very lively.

"We will update further information on Instagram Tahilalats," he said.

Beyond that, Andhika advised, for young people in the city of Bandung who want to open a business to continue honing their creativity.

"Come on, let's build creative businesses like F&B and others together. Now the economic challenges are quite tough. So when we can develop creative businesses, we can also build the country's economy so that Indonesia can be even greater in the future," he added.

Meanwhile, one of the Tahilalats Shop visitors, Gifta, admitted that the menu served was very appetizing.

"The mini otodog tastes really good. The drinks are also fresh. The French fries are delicious. The seasoning is different from other places," admits Gifta. (din)**
