"Hopefully, the President of Bandung can become health tourism. There is no need to go abroad (for treatment)," said Yana.

He also explained, Mayapada Hospital has BPJS services which can also be used by the community.

"The President's directive was also that Mayapada Hospital can serve BPJS and it has served," he said.

"It's location is a little to the south of the city of Bandung. I also saw that the building was good, carrying the concept of 'green building'. Good sunlight, good air circulation. And the facilities as a public hospital are good. There are many specialist doctors here,” explained Yana.

Meanwhile, President Jokowi hopes that people will no longer need to seek treatment abroad for healing.

According to him, now in Indonesia there are many hospitals with adequate technology and facilities for the public to access health services.
