Ema: ASN Must Be Loyal

"Loyalty is mandatory. Not to the person, but loyalty must be to the position attached," said Ema at the handover ceremony for the position at the Regional Secretariat (Setda), at the Bandung City Hall, Monday, March 6, 2023.

A number of other appointed officials include the Secretary of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil), Zam Zam Nurzaman who previously served as Head of the General Section.

While the Head of the General Section is now held by Gratitude Sabar who previously served as the Head of Astanaanyar District.

Ema said that mutation rotation is a common thing. The rotation of positions becomes a dynamic in the needs of each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).

"The Tour of the Area is a natural thing in terms of the dynamics of government needs. The wheels of government are running well because the organizers of the officials themselves are not monotonous," said Ema.

For this, Ema appealed to officials to be grateful and to carry out their duties as well as possible, because the position is entrusted as a position to be held accountable.

"This is a normal thing. The point is that any position for an employee must be grateful. ASN must perform well according to their duties and functions," he said.

In the same place, the Old Official for General Affairs, Zam Zam Nurzaman, thanked him for the trust to serve as Head of General Affairs (Bagum) for 3 years and 8 months.

"I believe that this trip needs to be improved a lot. Hopefully the new officials can be even better," said Zam Zam.
