Gumasep, Antapani District, Successfully Increases the Turnover of 120 MSME Players

As many as 120 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) participated in the Gumasep Gebyar UMKM which was held in Antapani District at Gasmin Field, 11-12 March 2023.

At this event, Antapani District also held art performances and public services.

As many as 120 MSME actors who took part in this bazaar, including producing crafts, fashion and culinary.

Antapani sub-district head, Rahmawati Mulia said, Gumasep was the government's effort to help grow the economy in the Antapani region.

"Thank God, there are various types of culinary delights in Antapani, so we hosted them here for 2 days," he explained, Sunday 12 March 2023.

Acil, his nickname, said that apart from the bazaar, there was also a health check-up, Licensing Facility Pavilion (Sakedap) services that serve the creation of Business Identification Numbers (NIB).

"Today (Sunday, March 12, 2023) there will be a drawing competition by children, bicycles, health checks from Hermina Hospital, Permit Facility Pavilion Facility (Sakedap). So for MSMEs who want to get NIB," he explained.

Acil plans to hold similar events 3 times a year.

"This activity was also initiated by the RW Forum. Because 64 RWs or all of these RWs are involved. God willing, at least 1 year 3 times are scheduled," he said.

Meanwhile, one of the MSME actors, Mirawati, admitted that she felt helped by the presence of this event. He has earned a turnover of IDR 1.3 million on the first day of the event.

"Yesterday we got quite a turnover of IDR 1.3 million. Most of them bought food," he admitted.

Therefore, Mirawati, who is also a member of UMKM RW 19 Antapani Kidul, supports the government in various efforts to prosper small and medium enterprises.

"We will definitely support it. The hope is that the facilities can also be utilized, so that activities like this can continue," he said.

Various culinary products sold at this bazaar include banana chips, potato chips, pempek, pudding, risoles to basreng.(yan)**
