"We are one nation, one country, one language and one goal to protect the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia," said Ema.

He also ensured equality between religious communities in the working environment of the Bandung City Government. That is, there is no discrimination between religious communities in carrying out roles at work.

"As long as I work, there is no such thing as discrimination. And there should never be. From any ethnicity, race, religion, if he is the best, then give him a chance," said Ema.

He hopes that this coaching activity can maintain the enthusiasm and motivation of ASN and Non ASN in the Bandung City Government to work and build a better Bandung City.

Meanwhile, Chairperson of the Catholic Christian/Protestant ASN/Non ASN Employees Forum within the Bandung City Government, Rajasa F. Berutu appreciated the holding of this coaching activity.

According to him, Christians who work in the Bandung City Government environment feel comfortable in working and developing potential in their respective fields.

"The presence of this forum is also inseparable from the vision of the city of Bandung in realizing a superior, comfortable, prosperous and religious city," he said.

Previously, this activity had stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rajasa said that this coaching activity would be routinely held every third Friday of every month at 11.00-13.00 WIB.

For information, currently there are around 160 ASN / Non ASN employees in the Bandung City Government environment. In this activity, members of the forum receive spiritual guidance and spiritual cleansing. (ray)**
