Thanks to the collaboration, he was able to set a garbage fee of only IDR 10,000 per month. He even claims that in the city of Bandung, it is difficult to find an area whose fees are that cheap.

"I am committed not to increase contributions as long as I am a RW. The contribution is a maximum of Rp. 10,000 per month. This is not for operational costs, but purely for the salaries of cleaning workers. As for waste processing operations, we maximize CSR," said Aang after the Kang Socialization event. Pisman, Sunday 21 May 2023.

"Turning waste into a blessing" is the motto of Aang and the residents of RW 02 Cipamokolan. Inorganic waste is managed by the Garbage Alms program. The proceeds from the sale are used as alms for garbage workers.

"Meanwhile, we process the organic for magot feed. This magot becomes catfish and chicken feed. Meanwhile, kasgot can be used for plants," he said.

In RW 02 Cipamokolan also has the Bumanik program (cultivation of maggot and organic fertilizers) which has been working with Pertamina for 5 years. From this collaboration, RW 02 Cipamokolan received a chopping machine, a pellet machine, and even a Triseda (three-wheeled vehicle) to transport garbage.

"We were also given chickens and their cages, all of which were facilitated by Pertamina. Alhamdulillah, every day there are still chickens laying eggs. Out of 96 chickens per day, they produce 4 kg of eggs," he explained.

Even in the near future, his party will receive more assistance from Pertamina as many as 140 laying hens.

According to him, RW administrators must diligently look for companies that are concerned about the environment. Apart from that, the key to passing a program proposal is that you have to have a running program.

"You have to have an action, even though you have little capital. So that when we submit a proposal, we are not confused about what the activities are, what has been done. When the presentation and accountability will be good," he admits.

He did not only establish CSR with Pertamina, but also a number of other institutions such as Baznas and PIPPK. He proposed Baznas to offer a health program.

"We were given a communal septic tank because 86 families here still defecate into the river. This communal septic tank is only on a small scale. For 5 households we got 12 from Baznas. Then 13 more from PIPPK, because we also proposed the program," he explained.

In addition to CSR assistance, the Bandung City Government (Pemkot) also helped by providing trash bin trolleys or trash cans.

"We always CSR in the form of goods, not in the form of money because it is too sensitive and can raise suspicion in society," he said.

In fact, the land that is currently being used to process waste does not actually belong to the local RW, but rather belongs to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

"There are 50 tumbak land, not our land, but BPK's. We also asked them to borrow the land. We have borrowed the land for 6 years and used it for community needs such as volleyball fields, Buruan Sae, and all of the waste processing," he said .

So he gave a message to the whole community, especially to RW administrators, not to rely on residents' mandatory contributions. Expand relationships with collaboration so that problems in the environment can be solved together.

"Let's try to find a company that is concerned about the environment. Don't feel limited by the state of infrastructure. Let's be enthusiastic about building relationships to collaborate together," he added. (din)**
