Inaugurating 55 ASN Officials, Yana: Let's Complete the Development of Bandung City!

The inaugurated ASNs occupy high leadership positions, administrative positions, and functional positions within the Bandung City Government.

After the inauguration, the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, hoped that the inaugurated officials could jointly encourage the achievement of the vision of the City of Bandung and also fulfill the Mayor's promise for the 2018-2023 period.

"I have time until September 2023. We also have the 2018-2023 RPJMD (Regional Medium-Term Development Plan). Let's complete this political promise, so that we can give our best in the remaining time," he said.

In addition to completing priority programs and activities, the inaugurated officials are also expected to be able to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, support ongoing and future infrastructure development, as well as restore the economic life of the community in accordance with their authority.

Yana also emphasized that today's public services must be different from the past. The community needs to be served as well as possible and as much as possible.

“The government is the facilitator and dynamist of development. So it is necessary to be pro-active or anticipatory, not only to move when problems occur in the field," he said.
