Yana: PWRI Must Continue to Collaborate with Bandung City Government

The Acting Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, made sure to open the door for collaboration with various parties, including Wredatama (retired State Civil Apparatus). The reason is, development in the city of Bandung requires collaboration and synergy with all parties.

This was said by Yana during the Inauguration and Inauguration of the Bandung City Wredatama Association (PWRI) Management for the 2021-2026 Term of Service, at the Rosada Auditorium, Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Yana explained, PWRI as the only organization for Retired ASN and the results of the National Conference (Musyawarah Nasional) decided that all retired ASN with the system passively become PWRI members.

"I hope that PWRI can provide programs that can attract these retired ASN ladies and gentlemen, even though their membership is active, they can contribute to the management," he explained.

He added that PWRI is a very important organization, because all of its members have been active in providing great services, especially for the community and the Bandung City Government.

"I am sure that PWRI, especially in the city of Bandung, has extraordinary competence, capacity, and capability, which can help the Bandung City Government together to build a good Bandung city, to be better in the future," he added.

It should be noted that the PWRI of Bandung City for the 2021-2026 period is now led by Tatang Sunarya. He was elected by acclamation at the City Council (Muskot), December 18, 2021.

Meanwhile, the Head of PWRI Bandung, Tatang Sunarya, emphasized that his organization has a high dedication to the advancement of the organization and its members.

"The City Deliberation went smoothly according to our mutual expectations, with assistance from various parties, especially the Bandung City Government which guided us to keep the spirit of carrying out our duties," said Tatang.

He explained, with the support and assistance from all members and from the Bandung City Government, during the 2016-2021 period, all activities and programs carried out by PWRI could be carried out properly.

"I was given the trust to be re-elected Chair, as a Formator," he explained.

In the same place, the Head of the City Council (Muskot) IX PWRI Bandung, Harun Jib, explained that the City Deliberation and inauguration event was held thanks to the cooperation of the committee and partners who could not be separated from the assistance of the Bandung City Government.

"I thank the members of PWRI, ladies and gentlemen who have carried out the committee's duties well, full of awareness and responsibility," he said.(sya)**
