Gray Art Gallery: Support Bandung Artists Through Collaboration

According to the CEO of Gray Art Gallery, Angga Aditya, the purpose of this gallery is to support the careers of Bandung artists through cooperation and collaboration.

“We are very open to anyone, especially the artist community. Any form of collaboration can be submitted via our Instagram, @greyartgallery47," explained CEO of Gray Art Gallery, Angga Aditya.

As a gallery, Gray Art Gallery certainly presents works of art for the wider community.

There are 115 works displayed. Some of the works come from 17 artists who were directly selected by invitation.

"From 850 works, it was screened into 115 works through the open call line. Meanwhile, the works of 17 artists were selected directly through the invitation route," said Angga.

Some of the works displayed are the works of Isa Perkasa, Prabu Perdana, and Andreas Camelia, each with their own characteristics. Visitors can enjoy works with different sensations.

"We believe the works displayed are one of the artistic parameters for the development of the most up-to-date artists in the city of Bandung," said Angga.

The presence of Gray Art Gallery also received support from the Bandung City Government (Pemkot). This was revealed by the Head of the Bandung City Culture and Tourism Office, Arief Syaifudin during the opening of the gallery.

"The Bandung City Government is very proud of the Gray Art Gallery. As a new tourist destination, this gallery is expected to increase tourism in the city of Bandung," said Arief.
