Spatial Performance of the City of Bandung Receives the Best Predicate

The spatial performance of the City of Bandung won the best title in the West Java region. This is based on the Supervision Report on the Implementation of Spatial Planning for the 2021 Period from the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province.

In this assessment, the City of Bandung received a score of 100 for the Performance Value of Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Development, and Spatial Planning Implementation.

"The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has carried out spatial planning effectively and efficiently, however, it still needs to make adjustments to the new policy in accordance with the mandate of Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Spatial Planning," said West Java Regional Secretary, Setiawan Wangsaatmaja in a statement. his letter received by Public Relations of the City of Bandung, Tuesday, March 7 2023.

The city of Bandung won the title of effective and efficient for the aspect of Performance Value of Spatial Planning, Spatial Planning Development, and Spatial Planning Implementation.

As for the performance evaluation aspects of spatial planning arrangements, spatial planning guidance, and spatial planning implementation, the city of Bandung received positive evaluations which included spatial planning arrangements, spatial planning guidance, spatial planning, spatial utilization, and spatial utilization control.

A positive evaluation was also obtained by the City of Bandung on the aspect of Functional Performance and Benefits of Spatial Planning.

For the record, the Bandung City Government still needs to make adjustments to the new policy in accordance with the mandate of Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Spatial Planning.

In addition, the Bandung City Government needs to immediately implement points of spatial planning activities on aspects that have not yet been assessed in the 2021 Period Siwastek, including:
1. Implementation of Space Utilization Program Synchronization (SPPR),
2. Implementation of Conformity of Space Utilization Activities (KKPR),
3. Assessment of KKPR Implementation and Independent Statement of UMK Actors,
4. Assessment of RTR embodiment,
5. Settlement of Spatial Planning Disputes. (ray)**
